Cat Cube
A downloadable game for Windows
Go on a delicious adventure with Cat Cube!
Eat fish and reach the exit before you fall asleep! Every corner you turn gets you closer to a nap. Eat all the fish and exit the level in as few turns as possible to win better medals!
Levels feature fast-paced puzzels that last no longer than 2 minutes. But players looking for a challange should go after gold medals.
So many fish to eat
Encounter different fish to eat and obstacles to overcome as the puzzles get more complex.
Push cardboard boxes, break open cages, eat ghost fish and dodge cannons. Take on puzzles that mix and match mechanics to make your next meal much more difficult. New mechanics are added every few levels to keep you excited.
About this project
Cat Cube is a weekend project game I am doing in my spare time. It has been an exercise for level and puzzle design and hopefully a good asset to help me finally get into the games industry.

your title got me thinking "cat cube"
i need your help to solve 404 not found please
A 404 error for what?
Super cute and fun, but my old man brain couldn't parse which direction was the right direction in quick moments since my keyboard isn't diagnal like the map lol. Also got frustrated with not being able to simply turn into the exit as i passed it, but i guess that's also just me having old man brain lol. There was a bug i seemed to be having though, every now and then it went into a "first person mode" and only looked in one direction, and seemed the only option was to restart to get out of that. I think the puzzles that i played so far were really well done, good job! Made a video, hope you enjoy!
Thank you very much and I am glad you thought it was cute. I do need more feedback so I dont think you have an old man brain at all aha. I just need to implement a better system to navigate the map and generally make the game more accesible.
Not being able to turn into the exit was a choice I made to help make levels a little more intricate but I can understand why it is frustrating since theres nothing explaining you cant simply turn in and it is annoying aha. The video title made me laugh a lot.
This has been really sweet and I will definetly watch your video to help improve the game. Thank you so much for taking the time to record and write back!
Looks awesome, sadly only got Mac at the moment but keen to try this.
Aww thank you! I've not had many play testers so I hope its fun.
I can try and package a Mac version for you but I don't have a Mac myself. Fngers crossed it doesn't generate a buggy copy aha
Definitely up for trying it out! Fingers crossed
i also got a game for sale
